Horse riding (beginners welcome), cycle hire, gym and sauna, games room, kids play area with free bikes, farm zoo, pond with ducks and geese, and a medicinal herb garden. We are in the Snowdonia National park at the foot of the Talyfan Mountain in the beautifull Conwy Valley, close to the sandy beaches of Conwy and Llandudno.

The holiday complex is close to all the major attractions Bodnant Gardens, Penrhyn Castle, Plas Newedd are National trust. Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris castles are the English castles built by Edward 1. The Italian village of Portmeirion half an hours drive, we have copper and slate mines to visit, potters studios for the kids to make thier own pots, enviromental centers, narrow gauge railways, sea fishing trips, trout lakes, 10 golf courses close by, horse riding on site, dedicated cycle tracks on and off road. I could go on but won't bore you. All this in the perfect walking country.

Pets (£15.00 charge) Well behaved pets are welcome. They must not be left unattended in the cottage or grounds. Must be kept off the furniture and their own bedding provided. One dog per unit.

Occupation If for any reason you cancel your holiday up to 4 weeks before arrival and the unit is not re-let you are liable to be charged in full. We recommend our highly competitive Cancellation Insurance.
